Kreuger & Toll was a company founded on May 18, 1908 by two Swedish engineers, Ivar Kreuger and Paul Toll, with Henrik Kreüger working as a consultant and chief engineer. History Early 1908, Ivar and his cousin Henrik Kreüger planned to establish a construction company that would work for the US company Trussed Concrete Steel Co. on the Swedish market to represent its new building methods based on reinforced concrete. At the same time Henrik Kreüger had introduced Paul Toll to Ivar. It turned out that Ivar formed the company with Paul, who had several years of practical experience in the construction business as an engineer, and was later site manager for the Swedish construction company Kasper & Höglund AB. The company was founded as a construction company with the name Kreuger & Toll on May 18, 1908 by Ivar Kreuger and Paul Toll with a total start capital of 10,000 SEK. Ivar Kreuger (; 2 March 1880 – 12 March 1932) was a Swedish civil engineer, financier, entrepreneur and industrialist. In 1908, he co-founded the construction company Kreuger & Toll Byggnads AB, which specialized in new building techniques. David Kreuger is a Swedish people, Swedish songwriter and music producer. Career David Kreuger began at Cheiron Studios in the spring of 1993. During the period 1993-1997, he worked with Per Magnusson on several projects. Together, they produced and wrote songs for Swedish artists such as E-Type (musician), E-Type and Leila K, but also for international groups such as Solid Harmonie and Lyte Funkie Ones. Kurt Kreuger (July 23, 1916 – July 12, 2006) was a Swiss-reared German actor. Kreuger once was the third-most-requested male actor at 20th Century Fox. He starred with, among others, Ingrid Bergman and Humphrey Bogart. Life and career Kreuger was born in Michendorf near Potsdam, but he grew up in Switzerland (in St. Moritz). He attended the London School of Economics and enrolled in Columbia University (New York City) to study medicine, but he soon dropped out to pursue a career in acting. His father, a businessman, cut off his allowance after he embarked seriously on an acting career. Ragnar Kreuger (4 August 1897 – 27 October 1997) was a Finnish industrialist and amateur ornithologist. From 1926 Kreuger acquired an engineering company, a construction firm, and electrical, now YIT. He started birds egg-collecting as a little boy in the 1910s. In 1917 he bought his first Finnish private collection. He went on to collect birds eggs for more than 50 years. He acquired collections from across the globe. In 1962, he donated his collection of the University of Helsinki, where it is maintained in the Finnish Museum of Natural History as Museum Oologicum R. Richard Allen Kreuger (born November 3, 1948, in Grand Rapids, Michigan) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who played from 1975 through 1978 for the Boston Red Sox (1975–77) and Cleveland Indians (1978). Listed at , 185 lb., he batted right-handed and threw left-handed. An All-American at Michigan State University, Kreuger posted a 2–2 record with 20 strikeouts and a 4.06 ERA in 17 appearances for Boston and Cleveland. He also pitched for the Yomiuri Giants (1979) of Japan, Triple-A Pawtucket Red Sox (1980), and in the Puerto Rican league for the Criollos de Caguas (1981).
