''Kouthuka Varthakal'' is a 1990 Indian Malayalam film, directed by Thulasidas and produced by Navas. The film stars Mukesh and Suresh Gopi in the lead roles, with Siddique, Mamukkoya, Urvashi and Ranjini in supporting roles. The film has musical score by Johnson. Mamukkoya (born 5 July 1946) is an Indian actor known for his work in Malayalam cinema, and has also appeared in French film ''Flammens of Paradise''. He has mostly appeared in comedic roles. His unique usage of the Mappila dialect and style marks his presence in the industry. He has acted in more than 450 Malayalam films and is the first winner of the State award for best Comedian in Malayalam cinema. Sankaradi
Chandrashekaran Menon, better known by his screen name Sankaradi (14 July 1924 – 8 October 2001), was an Indian actor. He was a veteran Malayalam comedian and character artist, who had over 700 Malayalam films to his credit. He dominated the Malayalam film scene in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s as a comedian along with Adoor Bhasi and Bahadoor. Later, he switched to character roles.
