Kostas Haralabidis (actor)
Konstantinos "Kostas" Charalampidis (alternate spellings: Constantinos, Costas, Haralampidis, Haralambidis, Haralabidis, Charalambides) ( Greek: Κωνσταντίνος "Κώστας" Χαραλαμπίδης; born April 4, 1976) is a retired Greek professional basketball player who currently serves as an assistant coach for Peristeri of the Greek Basket League and the Basketball Champions League, under head coach Vassilis Spanoulis. During his playing career, he was a 6 ft 2 in (1.89 m) tall point guard-shooting guard. Playing career Club career Charalampidis began his career playing with the Makedonikos Greece youth teams. He began his professional career with Makedonikos during the 1997–98 season, and he stayed there through the 2001–02 season. In 2002, he joined Olympia Larissa. In 2004, he returned to Makedonikos. Georgios Vovoras (alternate spellings: Giorgos, Yiorgos, Yorgos) ( el, Γιώργος Βόβορας; born January 18, 1977) is a Greek professional basketball coach, who is currently an assistant coach for Panathinaikos of the Greek Basket League and the EuroLeague. Anastasios "Soulis" Markopoulos ( el, Ἀναστάσιος "Σούλης" Μαρκόπουλος; born March 1, 1949) is a Greek former professional basketball player and a professional basketball coach. He last coached Aris of the Greek Basket League. Playing career Markopoulos played basketball with the Greek clubs Olympos Saranta Ekklision and Dimokritos. The Greece men's national basketball team ( el, Eθνική Oμάδα Καλαθοσφαίρισης Ελλάδος) represents Greece in international basketball. They are controlled by the Hellenic Basketball Federation, the governing body for basketball in Greece. Greece is currently ranked ninth in the FIBA World Rankings. Serie A2, known for sponsorship reasons as Serie A2 Old Wild West, is a men's basketball league in Italy. It constitutes the second-tier of the Italian league pyramid, below the first division LBA and above the third division Serie B, with promotion/relegation occurring between these leagues. 2009–10 Eurocup Basketball was the eighth edition of Europe's second-tier level transnational competition for men's professional basketball clubs, the EuroCup. The EuroCup is the European-wide league level that is one tier below the EuroLeague level. It began with qualifying round matches on October 20, 2009, and ended with the Eurocup Finals on April 17 and 18, 2010, at Fernando Buesa Arena in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Basque Country, Spain.
