Kiira Korpi
Kiira Linda Katriina Korpi (; born 26 September 1988) is a Finnish figure skater. She is a three-time European medalist (bronze in 2007 and 2011, silver in 2012), the 2010 Trophée Eric Bompard champion, the 2012 Rostelecom Cup champion, a two-time Cup of China medalist, and a five-time Finnish national champion (2009, 2011–2013, 2015). She retired from competitive skating in August 2015. Personal life Korpi was born in Tampere, Finland. Her father, Rauno Korpi, coached the Finnish women's hockey team to a bronze medal at the 1998 Winter Olympics. In Finland her nickname is ''Jääprinsessa'' (Ice Princess) due to her resemblance to Grace Kelly, the former Princess of Monaco. Henrik Korpi (born Gothenburg) is a Swedish songwriter, record producer with Murlyn Music Group. He also is known for collaborating with Mathias Johansson ("Blackcell") under the name Korpi & Blackcell and releasing many recording productions as "Korpi and Blackcell". In the early 1990s, Henrik Korpi moved to London, United Kingdom where he worked in the London club scene. He released electronica records under the name Pigforce (on 4th & Broadway / Island Records). In 1999, he was approached by Murlyn Music and settled back in Sweden working for the music group. Norman Korpi
Norman Korpi (born in Wakefield, Michigan) is an American painter, fashion designer, filmmaker and reality television star. He is best known for being one of the original cast members/roommates on the first season of the MTV reality show ''The Real World''. Early life and career Korpi grew up in Williamston, Michigan and began painting at an early age. By his early teens, he was painting murals on buildings in the city. He studied painting and photography at the Interlochen Arts Academy; and in 1985 he became a Presidential Scholar in the Arts. By the time of his graduation, one of his sculptures was a permanent part of the collection at the Grand Traverse Center for the Performing Arts. Korpi studied photography at New York City's Cooper Union; and in 1988 he received full fellowship at Yale's Norfolk program. Rauno Korpi
Rauno "Rane" Korpi (born June 25, 1951 in Tampere, Finland) is a Finnish ice hockey coach. He coached Tappara to three consecutive Finnish Championships in SM-liiga during the years 1986-1988. He has also won one additional Finnish Championship Gold, one Silver medal and one Bronze medal. Korpi has been chosen three times as The Coach of the Year in Finland. Other teams coached by Korpi include TuTo, EC KAC, and EV Zug. Korpi has also coached Finland's national ice hockey team during the years 1986-1987. Sture Korpi
Sture Korpi (16 November 1939 – 12 March 2017) was a Swedish politician, member of Swedish Social Democratic Party, who was a secretary of state at the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs between 1982 and 1991. Korpi worked as a social secretary in Stockholm and was the information secretary to Minister of Social Affairs Sven Aspling in 1965–1976, and the head of department at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency in 1976–1982. In 1982–1991, he was the state secretary in the Ministry of Social Affairs. From 1993 to 2004, he was director general of the Norwegian Institutions Board. Walter Korpi ( Koutojärvi, Sweden, 1934) is a Swedish sociologist. Korpi is a pioneer of power resource theory.
