Komron Tursunov ( fa, ‌ کامران تورسونوف; born 24 April 1996) is a Tajik professional footballer who plays as a forward for TRAU in the I-League. Club career In August 2019, Tursunov went on trial with Utrecht for two weeks, with Rosenborg also stating an interest in having Tursunov on trial. Mohun Bagan On 21 December 2019, Tursunov signed for Mohun Bagan, in the Hero I-League. Tursunov scored his first goal for the club against NEROCA FC at the Khuman Lampak Main Stadium. They clinched the league title that season. TRAU In 2020, he moved to another I-League side TRAU on a one-year deal. Tiddim Road Athletic Union Football Club, or simply TRAU FC, is an Indian professional football club based in Imphal, Manipur, that competes in the I-League. The Khuman Lampak Main Stadium is a multi-use stadium located in Imphal, Manipur, India. It is used mostly for football and athletics, and host matches of Manipur State League. 2022 Durand Cup
The 2022 Durand Cup, also known as IndianOil Durand Cup due to sponsorship ties with Indian Oil Corporation, was the 131st edition of Durand Cup, the oldest football tournament in Asia, and also the first edition since it was recognised by the Asian Football Confederation. This year for the first time the tournament was played in more than one venue. The tournament is hosted by the Durand Football Tournament Society in co-operation with the Eastern Command of the Indian Armed Forces and the Government of West Bengal, supported by the governments Assam and Manipur. Northeast Derby (I-League)
Northeast Derby is the name given to the football matches played among the northeastern I-League teams Aizawl, TRAU and NEROCA. Aizawl was first promoted to I-League in 2015-16 season followed by NEROCA and TRAU in 2017-18 and 2019–20 respectively. Other teams which were also a part of this derby in the past were Shillong Lajong ( 2009–10), United Sikkim ( 2012-13 season), Rangdajied United ( 2013-14 season) and Royal Wahingdoh ( 2014-15 season).
