KoldingQ
Kolding IF Women is a women's football club from Kolding, Denmark, playing in Elitedivisionen, the premier Danish women's football league. The club is currently playing in the Danish top division, the Elitedivisionen, and they play their home matches at the Kolding Stadium. The team was previously named KoldingQ. History The club was established on 1 August 2009 as a cooperation between the women's department of Nr. Bjært Strandhuse IF and Kolding Boldklub. The goal of the new club was to become the best town regarding women's football and to be one of the top teams in the premier Danish women's football league Elitedivisionen. The team should use the training facilities of Kolding Boldklub on Mosevej Sportsplads. The team has had good results in the Danish Futsal Championship. In 2009 Kolding Boldklub won silver at the Danish Championship in futsal, defeated by OB in the final. Ea Rasmussen (born 11 March 2001) is a Danish footballer who plays as a midfielder for KoldingQ in the Elitedivisionen and has appeared for the Denmark women's national under-19 football team. Club career She has played for the Danish top-level club KoldingQ in the Elitedivisionen, since 2018. She has previously played for FC Horsens's women's team on youth level her whole youth career, until she moved to KoldingQ in 2017, to play for the junior team. Stina Lykke Petersen Borg (born 9 February 1986) is a Danish football goalkeeper who plays for Danish club KoldingQ and formerly the Denmark national team. She has played college soccer in America with the Rollins Tars, and played for professional clubs in Germany and Sweden, as well as in her native Denmark. She won 83 senior caps for Denmark between 2011 and 2018. Club career Lykke Borg began playing football aged five in her hometown Højby. In 2007, she attended Rollins College in Florida and played NCAA college soccer. Following a successful UEFA European Championship 2013 tournament with Denmark, Lykke Borg secured a transfer from Brøndby to FCR 2001 Duisburg. The Danish Women's League ( da, Danmarksturneringens Kvindeliga, Kvinde-DM Liga or Kvindeligaen) is a semi-professional top-flight league for women's football in Denmark. It is organised by the Danish Football Association (DBU) as part of the nation-wide Danmarksturneringen i kvindefodbold (Kvinde-DM) and is placed as the first division of the Danish football league system. Clubs in the league must meet certain criteria concerning appropriate facilities and finances. All of the league's clubs qualify for the proper rounds of the DBU KvindePokalen. Sanne Troelsgaard Nielsen (born 15 August 1988) is a Danish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Reading of the FA Women's Super League. Since 2008, she has been a part of the senior Danish national team. The team captain of an association football team, sometimes known as the skipper, is a team member chosen to be the on-pitch leader of the team; they are often one of the older or more experienced members of the squad, or a player that can heavily influence a game or has good leadership qualities. The team captain is usually identified by the wearing of an armband.
