Shikao Suga
is a Japanese musician and singer-songwriter from Tokyo known for writing the theme songs for several anime, movies and commercial ads. His name in kanji is . He uses katakana as his professional name. Prior to career Suga went to Kosei Gakuen Male High School in Suginami, Tokyo. After graduating from Tokyo Keizai University in 1989, he worked as a "salaryman" for four years in the advertisement industry. Beginning and major debut By 1993, at 27, he had set his mind on becoming a musician. He already had a number of lyrics written. He made his first indie single, "0101", which he released using his birth name in kanji. After 2 years struggling to have a major recording label, by age 30, he was signed up by Office Augusta. Takamune Negishi
is a Japanese musician, bassist, producer and composer. He is member of the group Dr. Strange Love since 1989, together with Susumu Osada. (Takashi Furuta also was member of the group). He has performed and recorded with several artists like Kamijo, Kyoko Koizumi, Puffy, Tamio Okuda, among others. He has also written and arranged songs for Cocco, Kyoko, Hitomi and others. Gota Yashiki
is a Japanese musician, both an independent acid jazz artist and drum/bass player, as a member of the band Simply Red. Biography He was born in Kyoto, Japan, on 26 February 1962, where at a young age he learned how to play traditional Japanese drums. This interest in drumming propelled him into the music scene, and he moved to Tokyo in 1982 to join a reggae/dub band that became known as Mute Beat. Together with Mute Beat band member Kazufumi Kodama he worked on various projects and formed the duo Kodama & Gota. From 1986 on, Gota entered the European music scene. After spending some time back in Tokyo, he returned to London in 1988 and began collaborating with numerous well-known artists, including Soul II Soul, Sinéad O'Connor and Seal, while also working on film soundtracks and re-mixes.
