Kjell Bohlin
Kjell Gotfred Bohlin (27 September 1928 – 17 June 2011) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was born in Røros. He was elected to the Parliament of Norway from Telemark in 1977, and was re-elected on two occasions. He had previously served as a deputy representative from 1969 to 1973. On the local level Bohlin was deputy mayor of Bamble municipality from 1963 to 1970, and then mayor from 1971 to 1981. He returned as a municipality council member from 2003 to 2007. From 1967 to 1981 he was also involved in county politics in Telemark, serving as deputy county mayor from 1975 to 1981. His political career ended with the position of County Governor of Telemark, which he held from 1989 to 1998, having been appointed in 1987. Norwegian Labour Party
The Labour Party ( nb, Arbeiderpartiet; nn, Arbeidarpartiet; A/Ap; se, Bargiidbellodat), formerly The Norwegian Labour Party ( no, Det norske Arbeiderparti, DNA), is a social-democratic political party in Norway. It is positioned on the centre-left of the political spectrum, and is led by Jonas Gahr Støre. It was the senior partner of the governing Red–green coalition (Norway), red–green coalition from 2005 to 2013, and its former leader Jens Stoltenberg served as the prime minister of Norway. Røros
Røros ( sma, Plaassja, ) is a municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Røros. Some of the villages in Røros include Brekken, Glåmos, Feragen, Galåa, and Hitterdalen. The mining town of Røros (the administrative centre of the municipality) is sometimes called ''Bergstaden'' which means "mountain town" due to its historical notoriety for copper mining. It is one of two towns in Norway that were historically designated "mining towns", along with the "silver-town" of Kongsberg. The modern-day inhabitants of Røros still work and live in the characteristic 17th and 18th century buildings which led to its designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980. Røros has about 80 wooden houses, most of them standing around courtyards. Many retain their dark pitch-log facades, giving the town a medieval appearance. Oddvar Berrefjord
Oddvar Berrefjord (born 20 March 1918 in Vardø, died 25 November 1999) was a Norwegian jurist and politician for the Labour Party. He was Minister of Justice and the Police from 1971 to 1972 in the first cabinet Bratteli, and from 1980 to 1981 in the cabinet Nordli. As an elected politician he served in the position of deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Telemark during the terms 1965–1969 and 1969–1973. On the local level he was a member of Skien city council from 1945 to 1959 and 1963 to 1971, serving the last four years as deputy mayor. He was also county mayor of Telemark county from 1967 to 1971. He chaired the county party chapter from 1963 to 1968, and was a member of the national party board from 1963 to 1979.
