Janet Kisa
Janet Kisa (born 5 December 1992) is a Kenyan professional middle- and long-distance runner who competes in track, cross country, and road running events. Kisa won the silver medal in the 5000 metres at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. She was a team gold medallist at the 2013 IAAF World Cross Country Championships and runner-up at the 2014 African Cross Country Championships. Career Born near Mount Elgon in Kenya, she began competing as a teenager and placed second at the 2009 Shoe4Africa 5km race behind the more experienced Helena Kirop. She established herself at national level in 2011 by winning the junior women's division of the Kenyan Cross Country Championships. At the 2011 IAAF World Cross Country Championships she came fifth in the junior race, helping Kenya to the team silver medals with the individual champion Faith Chepngetich Kipyegon.

Kisa Gotami
Kisa Gotami was the wife of a wealthy man of Savatthi. Her story is one of the most famous ones in Buddhism. After losing her only child, Kisa Gotami became desperate and asked if anyone could help her. Her sorrow was so great that many thought she had lost her mind. An old man told her to see the Buddha. The Buddha told her that he could bring the child back to life if she could find white mustard seeds from a family where no one had died. She desperately went from house to house, but to her disappointment, she could not find a house that had not suffered the death of a family member. Finally the realization struck her that there is no house free from mortality. She returned to the Buddha, who comforted her and preached to her the truth. She was awakened and entered the first stage of enlightenment. Eventually, she became an Arahat. Kisa, Hiroshima
was a town located in Futami District, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 4,918 and a density of 58.50 persons per km2. The total area was 84.07 km2. On April 1, 2004, Kisa, along with the towns of Mirasaka and Miwa, the villages of Funo, Kimita and Sakugi (all from Futami District), and the town of Kōnu (from Kōnu District), was merged with the expanded city of Miyoshi and no longer exists as an independent municipality. It was located 65 miles north-east of Hiroshima City. The town was divided into about a half dozen village level units, each with its own elementary and nursery schools. Okuda Genzo, a famous Japanese painter, was born in a small farmhouse in Kisa in the first half of the 20th century. KISA-LD, virtual channel 40 ( UHF digital channel 22), is a low-powered QVC- affiliated television station licensed to San Antonio, Texas, United States. The station is owned by HC2 Holdings. History On January 22, 1992, the FCC granted a construction permit to San Antonio College to build a new station to broadcast on UHF channel 48, and assigned the call sign K48DS. Signing on in January 1994, the station broadcast educational programming. The FCC allocated channel 48 for ABC affiliate KSAT-TV (channel 12)'s digital operations in April 1997, and San Antonio College tried to move the station to channel 46, but were denied permission to do so. By April 2002, KSAT-DT signed on, and K48DS was forced to shut down. Unable to operate the station on its licensed frequency, and in need of funds for construction, the college sold the station to Mako Communications on August 17, 2004.
