Kirsten McLeod
Kirsten McLeod (born 30 May 1994) is an Australian rules footballer playing for the Western Bulldogs in the AFL Women's competition. McLeod was drafted by the Western Bulldogs with their fourth selection and twenty-eighth overall in the 2016 AFL Women's draft. She made her debut in the thirty-two point win against at VU Whitten Oval in the opening round of the 2017 season. She played six matches in her debut season and kicked four goals. It was revealed that McLeod had signed a contract extension with the club on 16 June 2021, after playing 8 out 9 possible games for the club that season. Victorian Women's Football League
The Victorian Women's Football League (VWFL) was the oldest and largest Australian rules football league for women in the world, consisting of 47 clubs from Victoria (Australia), Victoria, Australia, across seven divisions and a total of over 1,000 players. Western Bulldogs (AFLW) Players
The Western Bulldogs are a professional Australian rules football team that competes in the Australian Football League (AFL), the sport's premier competition. Founded in 1877 as the Footscray Football Club, and based in West Footscray in the old City of Footscray west of Melbourne, the club won nine premierships in the Victorian Football Association (VFA) before gaining admission to the Victorian Football League (which became the AFL in 1990) in 1925.
