Sir Kingsford Dibela (16 March 1932 – 22 March 2002) was a Papua New Guinean politician who served as the third governor-general of Papua New Guinea from 1983 to 1989. Sevese Oipi Morea (died August 1982) was a Papua New Guinean radio broadcaster, businessman and politician. He served as a member of the National Parliament from 1977 to 1982, and as Speaker from 1980 until 1982. Biography Morea worked as a radio broadcaster for ten years, having been trained by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, taking over several role previously carried out by Australians.
