The King of Prussia Transit Center is a major bus terminal located at the King of Prussia mall in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania for SEPTA buses. The transit center serves SEPTA Suburban Division buses traveling to Center City Philadelphia via Route 124 or Route 125, Chesterbrook via Route 124, Valley Forge via Route 125, 69th Street station via Route 123, the Norristown Transportation Center and Phoenixville via Route 99, the West Chester Transportation Center via Route 92, and Limerick via Route 139. West Chester Transportation Center
The West Chester Transportation Center is a bus terminal and parking garage in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The $1,250,000 transportation center, upon which construction began in October 2004, was opened in December 2005. It is located on Market Street across from the Chester County Justice Center. SEPTA bus routes 92 and 104 started to run from the Transportation Center beginning February 13, 2006. Bus route 92 connects West Chester with the King of Prussia Transit Center at the King of Prussia shopping mall via Malvern Borough and the Paoli Train Station. Bus route 104 connects West Chester University with Upper Darby's 69th Street Transportation Center. Gulph Mills, Pennsylvania
Gulph Mills is an unincorporated community in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It is served by the Upper Merion Area School District. There is a station on the Norristown High Speed Line. A grist mill built here in 1747 supplied flour to the Continental Army during their stay at Valley Forge. General George Washington's army encamped in the area for a week before departing for winter quarters at Valley Forge. Washington used the area as an ammunition depot during the autumn of 1777. The encampment is marked by a memorial erected by the Sons of the American Revolution in 1893. Another attraction here is the "Hanging Rock", a major distraction on Pennsylvania Route 320. Hanging Rock reportedly holds importance as a place by which George Washington led his troops. The 69th Street Transportation Center is a SEPTA terminal in the Terminal Square section of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, just west of the city limits of Philadelphia. The terminal serves the Market–Frankford Line, Norristown High Speed Line, and the Media–Sharon Hill Line trolleys, and multiple bus routes. The SEPTA Key card is a smart card that is used for automated fare collection on the SEPTA public transportation network in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. It can be used throughout SEPTA's transit system (bus, trolley, subway, high speed line), and on Regional Rail. History Before the Key System, SEPTA's fare collection was almost entirely manual. Limerick Township is a township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. History The township was named for the hometown of early settler William Evans, whose family arrived in the area from Limerick, Ireland in 1698.
