Kim Seung-duk
Seungduk Kim (born in Seoul, Korea & lives and works in Paris, France) is a curator & exhibition organizer in the field of contemporary art. She is currently working foLe Consortiumin Dijon (Burgundy, based in Paris) as co-director and associate curator. Seungduk Kim was selected as Commissioner of the Korean Pavilion for the 55th Venice Biennale in 2013. She was in charge with Franck Gautherot – for Le Consortium – of the artistic direction in Asia Culture Center (ACC in Gwangju, South Korea) in 2014 to 2016, for space design and public art programs. Kim Seung-duk was made ''Chevalier de l’ordre des Arts et des Lettres'' by the Ministry of Culture of the Government of France, in July 2022. Le Consortium
Le Consortium is a contemporary art center based in Dijon founded by Xavier Douroux & Franck Gautherot, among others, from the association Le Coin du Miroir (The Corner Mirror). The center was run by Douroux, in collaboration with Gautherot and Eric Troncy. In 1982, The consortium was awarded the Art Center label, and moved to an old appliance store in downtown Dijon and in 1983, Le Coin du Miroir, À La Limite and Déjà Vu joined and became a single entity. In 1991, Le Consortium expanded by moving to a factory on the outskirts of Dijon. In 1996, Troncy joined Le Consortium as co-director and in 2000, Kim Seung-duk joined as co-curator and director of international development. Kunsthalle Wien
Kunsthalle Wien is the city of Vienna's institution for international contemporary art and discourse with two locations, in the Museumsquartier and at Karlsplatz. Anyang
Anyang (; ) is a prefecture-level city in Henan province, China. The northernmost city in Henan, Anyang borders Puyang to the east, Hebi and Xinxiang to the south, and the provinces of Shanxi and Hebei to its west and north respectively. The New Museum of Contemporary Art, founded in 1977 by Marcia Tucker, is a museum in New York City at 235 Bowery, on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Kimsooja
Kimsooja (; born 1957) is a South Korean, multi-disciplinary conceptual artist based in New York, Paris, and Seoul. Her practice combines performance, film, photo, and site-specific installation using textile, light, and sound.
