Killian O'Hanlon
Killian O'Hanlon (born 1993) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays as a midfielder for club side Kilshannig, divisional side Avondhu and at inter-county level with the Cork senior football team. Playing career Kilshannig O'Hanlon joined the Kilshannig club at a young age and played in all grades at juvenile and underage levels before joining the club's junior team. He enjoyed his first success at adult level when the club secured the North Cork JAFC title in 2014, before claiming a second divisional title five years later. On 9 November 2019, O'Hanlon claimed a County Junior Championship title when he captained Kilshannig to a 0–22 to 0–11 defeat of St. James's in the final. Dromahane
Dromahane () is a village located south west of the town of Mallow, County Cork, Ireland on the R619 regional road. Centred on a main crossroads, the village overlooks the Blackwater Valley. As of the 2016 census, Dromahane had a population of 959 people. Dromahane is within of the civil parish of Kilshannig. The Cork Intermediate A Football Championship (known for sponsorship reasons as Bon Secours Cork County Intermediate A Football Championship and abbreviated to the Cork IAFC) is an annual Gaelic football competition organised by the Cork County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association and contested by the second tier intermediate clubs in the county of Cork in Ireland. It is the fourth tier overall in the entire Cork football championship system. The Cork Intermediate Championship was introduced in 1909 as a competition that would bridge the gap between the senior grade and the junior grade. At the time of its creation it was the second tier of Cork football. In its current format, the Cork Intermediate Championship begins in mid summer. The All-Ireland Senior Football Championship (SFC) ( ga, Craobh Shinsir Peile na hÉireann) is the premier competition in Gaelic football. An annual tournament organised by the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), it is contested by the county teams in All-Ireland. The Munster Senior Football Championship, known simply as the Munster Championship and shortened to Munster SFC, is an annual inter-county Gaelic football competition organised by the Munster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). It is the highest inter-county Gaelic football competition in the province of Munster, and has been contested every year, bar one, since the 1888 championship. 2020 National Football League (Ireland)
The 2020 National Football League, known for sponsorship reasons as the Allianz National Football League, is the 89th staging of the National Football League (NFL), an annual Gaelic football tournament for Gaelic Athletic Association county teams. Thirty-one county teams from the island of Ireland, plus London, compete. Kilkenny do not participate. The league was originally scheduled to end in March 2020, but the public health measures introduced to combat the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the final two league rounds being delayed to October. In June 2020 the GAA announced that the league finals would not be played with the division winners being determined by table position at the end of the league rounds. The 2019 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship was the 132nd edition of the Gaelic Athletic Association, GAA's premier inter-county Gaelic football tournament since its establishment in 1887. Thirty-three teams took part – thirty-one of the thirty-two Counties of Ireland, London GAA, London and New York GAA, New York. Kilkenny GAA, Kilkenny, as in previous years, did not enter. The Tyrone County Board ( ga, Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, Coiste Chontae Tír Eoghain), or Tyrone GAA, is one of the 32 county boards of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) in Ireland, and is responsible for the administration of Gaelic games in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. Jamie O'Sullivan (born 19 December 1988) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for Cork Senior Championship club Bishopstown. He currently plays as a centre-back, but can also be deployed as a full-back or as a corner-back. O'Sullivan was a member of the Cork senior football team that won the 2010 All-Ireland Championship. Born in Southampton, O'Sullivan first came to prominence as a Gaelic footballer after moving to Cork.
