Mahmoud Kalari
Mahmoud Kalari (Persian: محمود کلاری; born in Tehran), is an Iranian cinematographer, screenwriter, film director and photographer, who has worked with number of renowned Iranian directors such as Abbas Kiarostami, Jafar Panahi, Asghar Farhadi and Mohsen Makhmalbaf. After completing photography courses in the United States, he held his first photo exhibition titled "Visit with People Around Us" at Tehran University in 1976. few years later he became employed by Paris-based Sigma Photo News Agency and worked for them for four years. In 1980 he was ranked one of the '15 Best Photographers of the Year' by Time Magazine, and his photos could be seen in French, German, and American magazines. The Busan International Film Festival (BIFF, previously Pusan International Film Festival, PIFF), held annually in Haeundae-gu, Busan (''also'' Pusan), South Korea, is one of the most significant film festivals in Asia. Saeed Hanaei
Saeed Hanaei or Said Hanai ( fa, سعید حنایی; 1962 – April 8, 2002) was an Iranian serial killer. Personal life Hanaei was born in 1962. He had a dysfunctional relationship with his mother, who violently abused him; he later claimed that she frequently scratched him with her fingernails hard enough to draw blood, and attempted to bite off pieces of his flesh. At the time of his murders, he was married and had three children. He was a construction worker by profession, and served as a volunteer in the Iran-Iraq war. Crimes Hanaei targeted female prostitutes in the eastern city of Mashhad. He often targeted drug addiction, drug addicts. The murders were referred to as the "spider killings" by the Iranian press because Hanaei lured the women to his home and strangled them and dumped their bodies. 25th Busan International Film Festival
The 25th Busan International Film Festival took place on October 21 to 30, 2020 at the Busan Cinema Center in Busan, South Korea. A total of 192 films from 68 countries were screened at the festival, the numbers reduced from the previous edition. The festival was scheduled to be held on October 7-16, 2020, but was postponed due to concern over the spread of COVID-19 after Chuseok holidays. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the attendance of BIFF had been downsized and no international guests were invited to the festival. All outdoor events were also cancelled in order to prevent crowds. The screening limit capacity were only up to 50 people. The judging of all films took place online. The Osaka Asian Film Festival (OAFF, ) is an annual film festival held in Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan in March. The festival began in 2005 and currently introduces Asian films. History In December 2005, the Korean Entertainment Film Festival was inaugurated in Osaka to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Japan–South Korea relations. In 2016, the festival was renamed Osaka Asian Film Festival to include not only Korea films, but also those from East Asian countries, such as Hong Kong, Japan and China.
