Kiira Yrjänen
Kiira Yrjänen (born 2 January 2002) is a Finnish ice hockey player and member of the Finnish national team, currently playing in the Swedish Women's Hockey League (SDHL) with HV71. She was officially named to the Finnish roster for the 2020 IIHF Women's World Championship on 4 March 2020, before the tournament was cancelled on 7 March 2020 due to public health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Riihimäki
Riihimäki (literally "Drying barn hill") is a town and municipality in the south of Finland, about north of Helsinki and southeast of Tampere. An important railway junction is located in Riihimäki, since railway tracks from Riihimäki lead to Helsinki, Tampere and Lahti. Several businesses also operate in Riihimäki. Kiekko-Espoo Naiset Players
Kiekko-Espoo is a Finnish ice hockey club founded in 1984. Kiekko-Espoo men's team plays in the Mestis and the women's team plays in the Naisten Liiga. Kiekko-Espoo's junior teams play at national league levels in U16, U18 and U20 juniors. The junior teams of Espoo Blues and Kiekko-Espoo played under Kiekko-Espoo Juniorit ry until 2014. HV71 (), often referred to as just HV, is a Swedish professional ice hockey club based in Jönköping, playing in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL), the first tier of Swedish ice hockey. The team played in the 2008–09 Champions Hockey League season, and also participates in the new Champions Hockey League tournament since the 2014–15 season. Between 2008 and 2013, HV also participated in the European Trophy tournament. 2019–20 Women's Euro Hockey Tour
The 2019–20 Women’s Euro Hockey Tour was the second season of the six-team Women's Euro Hockey Tour (EHT) format, originally implemented in the 2018–19 season. It was played over four tournaments: a four nation tournament in Finland, a five nation tournament in Russia, a four nation tournament in Germany, and concluded with a six nation tournament in Sweden. The women’s national teams from the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Japan, Russia, Sweden, and Switzerland participated in at least one tournament; Finland was the only national team to participate in all four tournaments.
