Kieran Wright (footballer)
Kieran Wright (born 1 April 1999) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for club Airdrieonians, on loan from side Rangers and the Scotland national under-21 team. He has previously played on loan for Gala Fairydean Rovers, Albion Rovers, Raith Rovers, Alloa Athletic, Partick Thistle, Dumbarton and Livingston. He has also played for Scotland at under-17 and under-19 levels. Club career Wright started his career at Rangers, he signed a professional contract with the club in March 2016, lasting until 2018. In August 2016, he joined Gala Fairydean Rovers on loan until the end of the year. His loan was later extended until the end of the season, with him winning the club's Player's Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards for the 2016–17 season. Stepps
Stepps is a settlement in North Lanarkshire, Scotland, near the north-eastern outskirts of Glasgow. Its recently upgraded amenities include a new primary school, library and sports facilities. The town retains a historic heart around its church in Whitehill Avenue, whilst examples of Victorian and Edwardian housing can still be found. The travel connections by road and rail mean residents work in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Stirling and beyond. 2016–17 Lowland Football League
The 2016–17 Scottish Lowland Football League (known as the Ferrari Packaging Lowland League for sponsorship reasons) was the fourth season of the Lowland Football League, the fifth tier of the Scottish football pyramid system. Edinburgh City were the defending champions but could not defend their title after being promoted to Scottish League Two. East Stirlingshire became the first club to join the league via relegation from the SPFL, having lost the League Two play-off against Edinburgh City. Shamal Tyrell George (born 6 January 1998) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Scottish Premiership side Livingston. Career Liverpool Born in Birkenhead, George signed for Liverpool in 2009 after playing for Manor. He joined Liverpool's first team in the summer of 2016 for pre-season, appearing out of position as a striker in a friendly match against Huddersfield Town, after Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp had used all the remaining substitutes. The Scottish Premiership, known as the cinch Premiership for sponsorship reasons, is the top division of the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL), the league competition for men's professional football clubs in Scotland.
