Kidsongs
''Kidsongs'' is an American children's media franchise that includes Kidsongs Music Video Stories on DVD and video, The Kidsongs TV Show, CDs of favorite children's songs, song books, sheet music, toys and an ecommerce website. It was created by producer/writer Carol Rosenstein and director Bruce Gowers of Together Again Video Productions (TAVP), both of whom are music video and television production veterans. The duo had produced and directed over 100 music videos for Warner Bros. Records (WBR) and took their idea of music videos for children to the record label. Warner Brothers funded the first video, "A Day at Old MacDonald's Farm". Shortly thereafter, a three-way partnership between TAVP, WBR and View-Master Video was formed with TAVP being responsible for production and WBR and View-Master responsible for distribution to video and music stores, and toy stores respectively. Bruce Gowers
Bruce Gowers is a British television director and producer, best known for his work on large-scale live music and event productions. Gowers started his career in his native United Kingdom, where his music video for Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" brought him international recognition, leading to his relocation to the United States in the late 1970s. His career includes credits for the live episodes of ''American Idol'' (2001–2010) which he has directed from its inception, and awards shows including the Emmys, The MTV Awards, the Billboard Awards and the American Music Awards, event specials including Live Earth, Live 8 and President Bill Clinton's Inaugural Concert at the Lincoln Memorial. Sony Wonder (founded as Sony Kids’ Music) is the kids and family entertainment label of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and the former record label owned by Sony Music Entertainment. Despite the similarity in name, Sony Wonder is not directly related to the former Sony Wonder Technology Lab, an interactive technology and entertainment museum, although the museum was also owned by Sony. Devyn June Puett (born November 22, 1977 in West Covina CA.) is an American actress, singer, dancer, and real estate agent. She is best known for her role as Devyn on ''Kids Incorporated''. Devyn is the younger sister of former '' Life Goes On'' star Tommy Puett. Acting career Puett made her acting debut in ''Kidsongs'' under the stage name Poochie Puett. After her time on ''Kidsongs'' ended, Puett was cast as Devyn on ''Kids Incorporated'' and appeared on the series during seasons 5 and 6. KidVision was a children's home video division of A*Vision Entertainment, later WarnerVision Entertainment. It was launched in 1992 and started distributing videos on the January of 1993 with ''The Magic School Bus'', '' The Puzzle Place'', ''Shining Time Station'', ''Kidsongs'' and the '' Real Wheels'' and ''Real Animals'' series. In 1995, with WarnerVision Entertainment's pact with Dualstar Video, luring away from BMG Kidz, they picked up the '' Mary-Kate & Ashley'' titles. On July 29, 1997, KidVision moved under Warner Home Video, and continued to distribute Magic School Bus videos until October 8, 2002. Alexandra Melina "Alex" Picatto (born March 6, 1983, in Collinsville, Illinois) is an American business manager, accountant, and former child actress. Biography Picatto grew up both in Collinsville and Los Angeles. She was born into an Italian American family. Shawn Harrison (born December 28, 1973) is an American actor best known for his role as Waldo Faldo, the dim-witted but lovable chef-in-training on the ABC sitcom ''Family Matters'' from 1990 to 1996.
