Kidderminster Harriers FC
Kidderminster Harriers Football Club is a professional association football club based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, England. The team compete in the National League North, at the sixth tier of the English football league system. Formed in 1886, Kidderminster have spent their entire history at Aggborough Stadium. They have won the Worcestershire Senior Cup a record 27 times and are the only club from the county ever to have played in the English Football League. Founder members of the Birmingham & District League in 1889, they merged with Kidderminster Olympic the next year and entered the Midland League as Kidderminster F.C., though folded due to financial difficulties in March 1891. Aggborough Stadium
Aggborough Stadium is a football stadium in Kidderminster, England. It is the home ground of Kidderminster Harriers, and has a capacity of 7,000, of which 3,140 can be seated. The ground was also the home of Worcester City between 2013 and 2016. Football League Third Division
The Football League Third Division was the third tier of the English football league system in 1920–21 and again from 1958 until 1992. George Getgood
George Getgood (15 November 1892 – 22 July 1970), also known as George Goodman, was a Scottish professional footballer who played as a half-back for various clubs in the 1920s. Playing career Getgood was born in Coylton, Ayrshire. He joined local side Ayr United in 1912 before moving to England to join Reading in the Southern League in July 1914. Immediately on joining Reading his football career was interrupted by the First World War. During the war he served with the Royal Scots Fusiliers before joining the Royal Army Medical Corps in April 1916. After the cessation he returned to Reading in time for their first season in the Football League Third Division. While on the books of Reading he was known as George Goodman, and he made a total of 40 appearances, scoring once. Stanley Nicholas Fazackerley (3 October 1891 – 20 June 1946) was an English footballer who played as an inside right. Born in Preston he had spells at a number of clubs including Accrington Stanley, Hull City, Sheffield United and Everton and was known as a clever skilful player with a powerful and accurate shot. Club career Fazackerley played for the reserve team at hometown club Preston North End, but left the club to sail to the US in 1911 and played for Charleston during the 1911–12 season. Upon his return to Britain in 1912, he briefly played with Accrington Stanley before moving to Hull City for a fee of £50 where he scored 19 goals in 27 Division 2 games. Jesse Pennington (23 August 1883 – 5 September 1970) was an English footballer in the early part of the 20th century. He was nicknamed "Peerless Pennington". Career Born in West Bromwich, Pennington was a left-back for West Bromwich Albion for 19 years, from March 1903 to May 1922. Although his career was interrupted by World War I, Pennington made 455 league appearances for the club, captaining them to the league title in 1919–1920. He had also been a part of the team promoted from the Second Division in 1911 and had received an FA Cup runners-up medal in 1912. During World War I, with regular league play suspended, Pennington was employed in Coventry to work in a munitions factory. Oldham Athletic Association Football Club is a professional football club in Oldham, Greater Manchester, England, which competes in the National League, the fifth tier of the English football league system. The history of Oldham Athletic began with the founding of Pine Villa F.C. in 1895, a team that played in the Manchester and Lancashire leagues. First played during the 1871–72 season, it is the oldest national football competition in the world. It is organised by and named after The Football Association (The FA).
