Kibar Feyzo
''Kibar Feyzo'' is a 1978 Turkish comedy film directed by Atıf Yılmaz. Plot The film takes place in a feudal village in Southeastern Turkey in 1970s. Feyzo, a poor peasant, returns from military service dreaming about marrying Gülo, the love of his life. However, he has to face many obstacles. According to tradition, a man has to pay a lot of money to the bride's father in order to get the bride's hand. While Feyzo is trying to deal with the greed of Gülo's father, who is asking for an astronomical amount of money, he has to also convince his mother, who wants to buy an ox instead of a bride. Feyzo overcomes all these difficulties, but he gets kicked out of the village on his wedding day by the landlord, Maho Aga, who is eager to protect his status against any threat. However, Feyzo goes to the big city on exile only to bring back more problems for Maho. Atıf Yılmaz Batıbeki (9 December 1925 – 5 May 2006) was a renowned Turkey, Turkish film director, screenwriter, and film producer. He was very much a legend in the film industry of Turkey with 119 movies directed. He also wrote 53 screenplays and produced 28 movies since 1951. He was active in almost every period of the Turkish film industry. İhsan Yüce (23 January 1929 – 15 May 1991) was a Turkish people, Turkish actor and occasionally, scenarist and director. Biography İhsan Yüce studied at İzmir Atatürk High School and later at the İktisadi ve Ticari İlimler Akademisi. He began his acting career in İzmir and founded the Bizim Tiyatro and Drama Tiyatrosu. Ali Kemal Sunal (11 November 1944 – 3 July 2000) was a Turkish actor and comedian. With ''Hababam Sınıfı'', ''Kapıcılar Kralı'' and '' Davaro'', Sunal gained large popularity amongst Turkish cinema goers and was famed for his character "Åžaban", a role he frequently played.
