Kheibar Shekan
Kheibar Shekan or Kheibarshekan ( fa, خیبرشکن) is an Iranian solid-fuel medium-range ballistic missile operated by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force. It is of the third generation of IRGC missiles and was unveiled in a ceremony attended by senior Iranian military commanders on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of the Iranian Revolution. The missile has solid fuel and in the landing phase has maneuverability to pass through the missile shield and has the ability to hit targets with a range and a radius of 1,450 kilometers (900 miles). Etymology Kheibar Shekan means ''"Fortress Breaker", " Kheibar" is the Jewish fortress that was conquered by the Muslims in the beginning of Islam, "Shekan" is equal to "Breaker" or "Destroyer"''. MIM-104 Patriot
The MIM-104 Patriot is a surface-to-air missile (SAM) system, the primary of its kind used by the United States Army and several allied states. It is manufactured by the U.S. defense contractor Raytheon and derives its name from the radar component of the weapon system. The Battle of Khaybar ( ar, غَزْوَة خَيْبَر, label=Arabic) was fought in 628 CE between the early Muslims led by Muhammad and Jews living in Khaybar, an oasis located 150 km from Medina in the northwestern Arabian Peninsula (present-day Saudi Arabia), as part of the early Muslim conquests. Soumar (missile)
The Soumar (Persian: سومار) is an Iranian long-range cruise missile. The missile was named in the honour of a village called Soumar, whose inhabitants were all killed when Saddam Hussein’s regime attacked the village with chemical weapons. It is highly likely that the missile is derived from the Russian / Soviet Kh-55, several of which were illegally sold to Iran by Ukraine in 2001. Khalij Fars ( fa, موشک خلیج فارس, "Persian Gulf") is an Iranian single-stage solid-propellant, supersonic anti-ship quasi ballistic missile with a range of 300 km based on the Fateh-110 missile. It is equipped with a 650 kg explosive warhead and an interception evading guidance system. Sejjil
Sejil, or Sejjil, ( fa, سجیل, a Quranic word meaning "baked clay", see Surat al-Fil) is a family of Iranian solid-fueled medium range ballistic missiles. The Sejil are replacements for the Shahab liquid-fueled ballistic missiles.
