Khadka
Khadka ( ne, खड्का), anciently called as Khaḍga ( sa, खड्गा), is a surname of Khas -Chhetri community. Khadga was an ancient ''Paikelā'' (warrior) rank along with '' Thāpā'', ''Rānā'' and ''Buḍhā''. Kunwar Khadka clan Prime Minister of Nepal Jung Bahadur Kunwar Rana belonged to the Kunwar family of the Khadka clan. The Kunwar family genealogy also states the title of 'Kunwar Khadka' which was taken by the ancestors of the Kunwar family. After the premiership of Jung Bahadur Kunwar, the Kunwar family through a royal order took up the title of Rana and claimed themselves as Rajput family of Chittor in India and founded the Rana dynasty. Paras Khadka
Paras Khadka (, ne, पारस खड्का, ; born 24 October 1987) is a Nepalese professional cricketer also known as the god of Nepali cricket. He was the captain of the Nepalese cricket team from 2008 to 2019. All-rounder Khadka is a right-handed batsman, a right-arm medium-fast bowler, and an off break bowler. He made his debut for Nepal against Malaysia in April 2004. He was one of the eleven cricketers to play in Nepal's first ever One Day International (ODI) match, against the Netherlands, in August 2018. On 3 August 2021, Khadka announced his retirement from international cricket. He was Nepal's All-time highest run scorer in both ODI and T20I format until his retirement. Kul Bahadur Khadka
Kul Bahadur Khadka (1951 – 28 July 2020) was an officer in the Nepali Army and reached the rank of Lieutenant General. He was appointed as the acting chief of Army Staff by Prime Minister Prachanda on May 3, 2009 when he replaced Chief of Army Staff General Rookmangud Katawal, but Katawal was reinstated by President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav on the same night. Khadka was born in 1951 in a simple family in Lamjung, West Nepal. He joined the Royal Nepalese Army in 1970 and was commissioned from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1972. Kunwar Family
The Kunwar family ( ne, कुँवर परिवार) was a noble Khas-Chhetri family in the Gorkha Kingdom and the Kingdom of Nepal. Kunwars were linked to the Thapa dynasty and family of Amar Singh Thapa by marital lineages and, thus, to Pande dynasty through the Thapa dynasty. Three branches of the Kunwars; Ramakrishna, Jayakrishna and Amar Singh Kunwar were formed with opposite political aspirations.
