Ripon is a city located in San Joaquin County, California. The population was 14,297 at the 2010 census. Ripon was originally known as Stanislaus City, but was renamed for Ripon, Wisconsin, in 1876. Ripon High School is a public high school located in Ripon, California at 301 N. Acacia Ave. The school averages around 909 students, from grades 9–12. It is the only high school in the Ripon Unified School District. The school colors are red and white.
