Kevin Santiago Quintero Chavarro (born 28 October 1998) is a Colombian track cyclist, who specializes in sprinting events. He has won numerous medals in continental games and championships, as well as competed at the 2018, 2019 and 2020 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He most notably won the Keirin at the 2023 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. He represented Colombia at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Palmira is a city and municipality in southwestern Colombia in the Valle del Cauca Department, located about east from Cali, the department's capital and main city in the South of Colombia.
