Kevin Kelly (publisher)
Kevin Kelly (born c. 1937), is an Irish publisher and editor who has created magazines in England, America and Ireland. Born in County Londonderry, he is married to Rose with whom he set up Image magazine in 1975. Among his best-known titles is '' World of Interiors'', which he established in 1981 with Min Hogg as editor. Condé Nast later bought the publication from Kelly. In 1987 Condé Nast and the Financial Times financed the creation of the monthly ''BUSINESS'' magazine, which won a PPA Business Magazine of the year award. Kelly held a 20% stake in the title, while the remaining 80% was divided between Condé Nast and the Financial Times. The magazine was last published in 1991. In 1990 Kelly produced a British edition of ''W'' at the request of John Fairchild. ''Departures'' was a title that Kelly created and published for American Express Black cardholders. Kevin Kelly (placekicker)
Kevin Patrick Kelly (born August 1, 1987) is a former American football placekicker. He played college football at Penn State and is the all-time leading scorer in Big Ten football history. College career Kevin Kelly was lightly recruited coming out of Neshaminy High School. He accepted a scholarship offer from Penn State over the Syracuse Orange and Delaware Blue Hens. Kelly claimed the starting placekicker position during pre-season training and became the first Penn State true freshman since Craig Fayak to start the season opener in their game against the South Florida Bulls. Kelly would go on to break Fayak's freshman scoring record. In the final game of the season, Kelly kicked the game-winning 29-yard field goal in the 2006 Orange Bowl against the Florida State Seminoles. He is best known for his appearances with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in 1992 under the ring name Nailz. Kevin Kelly (hurler)
Kevin Kelly (born 1 October 1993) is an Irish hurler who plays as a full-forward for the Kilkenny senior team. Born in Ballyragget, County Kilkenny, Kelly first played competitive hurling during his schooling at Heywood Community School. He arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of sixteen when he first linked up with the Kilkenny minor team, before later joining the under-21 and intermediate sides. He joined the senior panel during the 2015 league. At club level, Kelly is a one-time All-Ireland medallist in the junior grade with St Patrick's Ballyragget. In addition to this, he has also won one Leinster medal and one championship medal in the same grade. Kevin Clayton Kelly (born November 28, 1997) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2023. Amateur career Kelly grew up in Springfield, Virginia and attended Paul VI Catholic High School. Kelly attended James Madison University and played college baseball for the James Madison Dukes for three seasons. He was named a freshman All-American by the '' Collegiate Baseball Newspaper'' after going 5–3 with a 2.91 ERA and 38 strikeouts in 34 innings pitched over 24 relief appearances. As a sophomore, Kelly posted a 3–3 record with a 3.74 ERA in 15 appearances with 11 starts. Kevin Philip Kelley (born June 29, 1967) is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1988 to 2009, and held the WBC featherweight title from 1993 to 1995. Amateur career Kelley won two New York Golden Gloves Championships as well as the 1985 119 lb Sub-Novice Championship and the 1986 119 lb Open Championship. In 1988 Kelley advanced to the finals of the 125 lb Open division and was to have met Fred Liberatore in the finals. Kelley was injured and could not fight. He has also been a writer, photographer, conservationist, and student of Asian and digital culture.
