Kevin Gruft
Kevin Gruft or Kevin Thrash or Kevin "Thrasher" Gruft (born May 5, 1988) is an American guitarist and music producer from Albany, New York, known for being the former lead guitarist of the rock bands Escape the Fate and LoveHateHero. He released two studio albums with LoveHateHero and three studio albums with Escape The Fate since joining the band in late 2013 until his departure in early 2021. As a music producer and engineer, he has worked with artists such as Machine Gun Kelly, Gwen Stefani, Avril Lavigne and Blink-182. Biography Kevin Gruft began playing guitar at the age of 8. At the age of 17, he joined the band LoveHateHero after a tour in New York, as the band was in search of a guitarist. After 5 years with the band and two studio albums, LoveHateHero disbanded in 2011. That year, he joined The Dead Rabbitts, the side-project of Escape The Fate singer, Craig Mabbitt. Escape the Fate is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2004 and originally from Pahrump, Nevada. They are signed to Eleven Seven Music. The group consists of Robert Ortiz (drummer), Craig Mabbitt (lead vocalist), TJ Bell (rhythm guitarist and vocalist), Erik Jensen (bassist) and Matti Hoffman (lead guitarist). , Ortiz is the last founding member in the current lineup of the group. A Skylit Drive is an American post-hardcore band from Lodi, California. Maxwell Scott Green (born December 15, 1984), better known as Max Green, is an American musician who is the former bassist/backing vocalist and one of the founders of the band Escape the Fate, the former rhythm guitarist and vocalist for the band The Natural Born Killers, and former bassist/backing vocalist for the band Falling in Reverse. Howard Benson is an American music producer and multi-instrumentalist. He was nominated for the Producer of the Year Grammy Award in 2007 and 2008. Early life and education Benson was born and raised in a middle-class family in greater Philadelphia, the son of Estelle and Robert Benson. He is of Jewish descent. He began playing keyboards in rock bands at the age of 13. He attended college at Drexel University and studied engineering. Monte Bryan Money is an American guitarist and vocalist from Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the former lead guitarist and backing vocalist of American rock band Escape the Fate. He is currently the lead singer and guitarist for his own band, Beyond Unbroken with his brother Michael Money. Career Escape the Fate (2004–2013) Monte Money was the lead guitarist of Escape the Fate. He has released four albums with the band and is one of the founding members.
