Kevin Barker
Kevin Stewart Barker (born July 26, 1975) is an American baseball analyst and former professional baseball player. In his career, he played in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a first baseman for the Milwaukee Brewers, San Diego Padres, Toronto Blue Jays, and Cincinnati Reds. He currently co-hosts the sports talk show ''Baseball Central'' alongside Jeff Blair on Sportsnet 590 the FAN, out of Toronto. He began co-hosting Blue Jays Central after Sportsnet parted ways with Gregg Zaun. Career Barker is from the small community of Mendota in Washington County, Virginia. He played for three years at John S. Battle High School, before transferring to Virginia High School in Bristol, Virginia as a senior in 1993. Barker attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he played college baseball for the Virginia Tech Hokies. Louisville Bats
The Louisville Bats are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League (IL) and the Triple-A (baseball), Triple-A affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. They are located in Louisville, Kentucky, and are named in dual reference to the bat, winged mammal and baseball bats, such as those manufactured locally under the Louisville Slugger brand. Larry Christopher Luebbers (born October 11, 1969) is a former Major League Baseball player who played with the Cincinnati Reds and the St. Louis Cardinals. He made his major league debut on July 3, 1993 against the Pittsburgh Pirates and gave up 3 earned runs in 5 innings. After the 1993 season he was traded by the Reds with Mike Anderson (pitcher), Mike Anderson and Darron Cox to the Chicago Cubs for Chuck McElroy. Christopher Michael Holt (born September 18, 1971) is a former pitcher for the Houston Astros (1996–1997 and 1999–2000) and Detroit Tigers (2001). He was a member of the Astros' National League Central Division champions in 1997 and 1999. Holt made his major league debut in 1996, appearing in 4 games.
