Kerri Louise is an American stand-up comedian. Louise was a finalist on the second season of ''Last Comic Standing'' and has appeared on television programs such as ''Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn'' and '' The View''. Louise has performed at many of the leading comedy clubs throughout the world, including Caroline's, The TakeOut Comedy Club Hong Kong and The Comic Strip Live. Louise is married to Tom Cotter, who is also a notable stand-up comedian. The two have three children, all of whom are boys. ''Last Comic Standing'' was an American reality television talent competition show on NBC that aired from June 1, 2003, to August 9, 2010, then again in 2014 and 2015. The goal of the program was to select a comedian from an initially large group of hopefuls. Carolines on Broadway is a venue for stand-up comedy situated at 750 Seventh Avenue, on Broadway between 49th and 50th Streets, in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. History Caroline Hirsch opened Carolines as a cabaret in the Chelsea neighborhood in 1981 with two friends. Hirsch advocated to make it a comedy club and booked Jay Leno as its first performer. In 1983, Paul Reubens performed at the club, helping the club grow in popularity. In 1987, Carolines moved to South Street Seaport where it became established as the country's top comedy venue.
