Lieutenant General Kerim Abbasali oghlu Kerimov ( az, Kərim Abbasəli oğlu Kərimov, russian: Керим Аббас-Алиевич Керимов; November 14, 1917March 29, 2003) was a Soviet and Russian engineer of Azerbaijani ethnicity and a general in Soviet Army, who is regarded as one of the key scientists and founders in the Soviet Union's space program, and for many years a central figure in the Soviet space program. Despite his prominent role, his identity was kept a secret from the public for most of his career. He was part of the ''Sputnik 1'' team in 1957. As a representative of the Strategic Rocket Forces, he was a member of the State Commission on the Vostok programme, which led to the Vostok 1 flight. In the mid-1960s he was promoted to a leadership role within the space program and oversaw the successful space docking of Kosmos 186 and Kosmos 188 in 1967. Srgjan Kerim ( mk, Срѓан Керим, ; tr, Sercan Kerim; born December 12, 1948) is a Macedonian diplomat, economist, former Foreign Minister and President of the 62nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly. His term of office began on September 18, 2007 and ended on September 16, 2008. He is of Macedonian Turkish descent. Education Kerim’s academic career started in 1972 at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade as Assistant and later as Professor in the Department for International Economic Relations. He was also a visiting professor at the University of Hamburg (Germany) and at New York University. Kerim Frei Koyunlu (born 19 November 1993) is a footballer who plays as a winger for Fatih Karagümrük. Born in Austria, he represents the Turkish national team. Abdallah Kerim Mrabti ( ar, كريم عبدالله مرابطي; born 20 May 1994) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Belgian First Division A club KV Mechelen. He began his career with Enköpings SK, and moved on to for IK Sirius and Djurgårdens IF, with whom he won the 2017–18 Svenska Cupen. Kerim Seiler (born 1974 in Bern) is a Swiss artist. Education Seiler began his studies in 1991 by completing a pre-course for the Kunstgewerbeschule Zürich. Between 1993 and '95 he completed the degree course "Média Mixtes" at the Ecole Supérieure d’Art Visuel Genève. Kerimäki is a former municipalities of Finland, municipality of Finland. It was consolidated with the town of Savonlinna on January 1, 2013. It is located in the provinces of Finland, province of Eastern Finland and is part of the Southern Savonia regions of Finland, region. The municipality was unilingually Finnish language, Finnish. The Kerimäki Church, built between 1844 and 1847, is the largest wooden church in the world ( long, wide and high). There are over 3,000 seats inside the structure, which can hold 5,000 people at a time. Yaya Kerim (born 10 August 1991) is a Chadian football striker and the member of Chad national football team. He currently plays for Renaissance in the Chad Premier League. Kerim Erim (1894–1952) was a Turkish mathematician and physicist. He graduated from the Advanced Vocational School for Engineering in Istanbul (now Istanbul Technical University) in 1914 and received a PhD in Germany. Kerim Zengin (born 13 April 1985) is a Turkish professional footballer who is playing for Karabükspor. He is a youth international, earning caps at levels from the U-17s up to the Turkey national under-21 football team. Club career Zengin began his career with local club Mersin İdmanyurdu in 1999.
