Keren Siebner
Keren Michaela Siebner ( he, קרן זיבנר; also Zibner, born 1990), is an Israeli Olympic swimmer, Israeli national champion, Maccabiah Games winner, and a national record holder in the 200m butterfly and 200m backstroke. Early and personal life Siebner was born in Kfar Saba, Israel, to Miron and Osnat Siebner, and grew up in Herzliya. She has an older sister, Sivan. She attended Hayovel High School. She attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, where Siebner studied industrial and systems engineering, despite having severe ADHD. She is also an industrial and management engineer and a model. Swimming career In high school Siebner swam for four years for the school, and set Israeli junior records in the 50m freestyle, the 200m free, and the 200m backstroke. 2015 European Short Course Swimming Championships
The 2015 European Short Course Swimming Championships (25 m) took place in Netanya, Israel, from 2–6 December 2015. They were originally scheduled to be held in January 2015, but the LEN moved the event to December. The venue of the event was the brand new swimming complex of the Wingate Institute. This complex features an Olympic-size pool with 10 lanes and 3 meter depth, backed by the latest built-in filtration systems, an 8-lane 50 m pool and a 6-lane 25 m pool. The swimmer of the meet honors went to Katinka Hosszú of Hungary and Gregorio Paltrinieri of Italy. Hosszú won six gold medals and one silver, breaking two world records and six championship records, while Paltrinieri won one gold medal in a world record time. Zohar Hen Shikler (Hebrew: זוהר חן שיקלר; born 8 July 1997), is an Israeli Olympic swimmer, and an Israeli national record holder. Swimming career Shikler started to swim at the age of six. She first competed with the Maccabi Kiryat Ono Swimming Team, and then moved to Hapoel Dolphin Netanya. In 2013, Shikler took 12th place in the 50 m freestyle at the European Youth Championships. Representing Israel at the 2013 Maccabiah Games in July 2013, she swam the 50 m freestyle in 26.23, setting both the Maccabiah record for women and the competition's record for girls ages 13–16. In August 2014, at the Israeli National Championships Shikler won the 100 m freestyle in 57.34. Amit Ivry ( he, עמית עברי; born September 2, 1989, in Eilat, Israel) is an Israeli Olympic swimmer, Maccabiah Games champion, and national record holder. She competes in the butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and medley. Ivry won a gold medal at the 2009 Maccabiah Games in the Women's 100 m butterfly, and a bronze medal at the 2013 Maccabiah Games in the Women's 100 m freestyle. Andrea "Andi" Murez ( he, אנדראה "אנדי" מורז; born January 29, 1992), is an Israeli-American Olympic swimmer. She swam for Israel at the 2016 Summer Olympics. She will represent Israel at the 2020 Summer Olympics. She represented the United States at the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, Russia, where she was a 4 × 200 m freestyle gold medalist and a 4 × 100 m freestyle silver medalist.
