Konstantin Bakharev
Konstantin Mikhailovich Bakharev (Ukrainian: Костянтин Михайлович Бахарєв; Russian: Константин Михайлович Бахарев; born 20 October 1972), is a Russian and former Ukrainian politician and journalist. He has been a member of parliament of the Russian State Duma, since 5 October 2016, and Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Financial Markets since 24 October 2019. He is also a member of the Presidium of the General Council of the United Russia party, and the head of the interregional coordinating council of the party in the Southern Federal District. Bakharev was also the First Deputy Chairman of the Provisional Occupation of Russia in the State Council of the Republic of Crimea from 2014 to 2016. He also served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea from 2010 to 2011. A Just Russia — For Truth (SRZP; russian: Справедливая Россия — За правду; СРЗП, Spravedlivaya Rossiya — Za pravdu; SRZP), formerly A Just Russia (SR), is a social conservative and social-democratic political party in Russia. The party, part of the "systemic opposition", is considered to be pro-Kremlin. New People (russian: Новые люди, Novyye lyudi) is a political party in Russia formed in Moscow on 1 March 2020. New People is considered a liberal party, and observers have called it centrist or centre-right. It was established in March 2020 by Alexey Nechayev, the founder of the Russian cosmetics company Faberlic. Nechayev was elected as party chairman during the second party congress, held on August 8, 2020. Alexander Davankov is the head of the party executive committee. In 2020, the party entered four regional parliaments on party lists, earning the right to participate in the 2021 elections to the State Duma without collecting voters' signatures.
