Kent Harrskog
Lieutenant General Kent Holger Harrskog (born 11 November 1944) is a retired Swedish Air Force officer. He was Chief of Air Force Command from 1994 to 1998 and military commander of the Southern Military District from 1998 to 2000. Early life Harrskog was born on 11 November 1944 in Finspång, Sweden and grew up in Högsjö, Vingåker Municipality. He was the son of Holger Harrskog and his wife Elsa (née Anderson). He passed ''studentexamen'' in Katrineholm in 1964 and joined the Swedish Air Force as an aspirant the same year. Harrskog finished first in his class at the Swedish Air Force Flying School in 1965. Career Harrskog graduated from the Royal Swedish Air Force College (''Kungliga Flygkadettskolan'') in 1967 and was commissioned as an officer with the rank of second lieutenant. Finspång
Finspång () is a locality and the seat of Finspång Municipality, Östergötland County, Sweden with 12,440 inhabitants in 2010. Overview Finspång is a traditional industrial town. The first industries were established in 1580 when a Royal factory for cannon and cannon balls was chartered. The industry was to continue for 300 years under supervision of the Walloon/Dutch family De Geer. Anders Qvarfordt was employed by Count Louis de Geer. His assignment was "to lodge and feed the Count de Geers Vallon blacksmiths". ''Aftonbladet'' (, lit. "The evening paper") is a Swedish daily newspaper published in Stockholm, Sweden. It is one of the largest daily newspapers in the Nordic countries. The Saab JAS 39 Gripen (; English: ''griffin'') is a light single-engine multirole fighter aircraft manufactured by the Swedish aerospace and defense company Saab AB. Erieye
The Erieye radar system is an Airborne Early Warning and Control System (AEW&C) developed by Saab Electronic Defence Systems (formerly Ericsson Microwave Systems) of Sweden. It uses active electronically scanned array (AESA) technology. The Erieye is used on a variety of aircraft platforms, such as the Saab 340 and Embraer R-99. It has recently been implemented on the Bombardier Global 6000 aircraft as the GlobalEye. The Erieye Ground Interface Segment (EGIS; not to be confused with the Aegis combat system) is a major component of the software used by the Erieye system.
