Kensuke Tanabe
is a Japanese video game producer and designer working for Nintendo, where he currently is Senior Officer at Nintendo EPD. After he had graduated from the Visual Concept Planning Department of Osaka University of Arts, he decided to enter the video game industry, and joined Nintendo in April 1986. At first, Tanabe was part of the Entertainment Analysis and Development division. He directed the platform games '' Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic'' and '' Super Mario Bros. 2'', and worked on the scripts for the action-adventures '' The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past'' and '' The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening''. In 2003, Tanabe moved to the Software Planning and Development division, where he became the manager of Production Group No. 3. E3 2013
The Electronic Entertainment Expo 2013 (E3 2013) was the 19th E3 held. The event took place at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California with many press conferences taking place at nearby venues including the Microsoft Theater, Nokia Theater, Galen Center, and the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena. It began on June 11, 2013, and ended on June 13, 2013, with 48,200 total attendees. ''The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past'' is an action-adventure game developed and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the third game in '' The Legend of Zelda'' series and was released in 1991 in Japan and 1992 in North America and Europe. ''Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire'' is a 1996 multimedia project created by Lucasfilm. ''Kirby's Dream Course'' is a 1994 sports video game, miniature golf video game developed by HAL Laboratory and Nintendo EAD and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES).
