Keith Price
Keith Price (born June 28, 1991) is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at Washington, where he was the starting quarterback from 2011 to 2013. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Seahawks in 2014. He has also played professionally in the Canadian Football League (CFL), where he was a member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the BC Lions. He also played for the Birmingham Iron of the Alliance of American Football (AAF). Early years Price grew up in Compton, California, and attended St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, California. As a senior at St. John Bosco, he completed 143 of 200 passes for 2,260 yards and 24 touchdowns, while also rushing for 579 yards and 10 touchdowns. Compton is a city in southern Los Angeles County, California, United States, situated south of downtown Los Angeles. Heisman Trophy
The Heisman Memorial Trophy (usually known colloquially as the Heisman Trophy or The Heisman) is awarded annually to the most outstanding player in college football. Winners epitomize great ability combined with diligence, perseverance, and hard work. It is presented by the Heisman Trophy Trust in early December before the postseason bowl games. The 2011 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team represented the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in the 2011 NCAA Division I FBS football season. 2011 Hawaii Warriors Football Team
The 2011 Hawaii Warriors football team represented the University of Hawaii at Manoa in the 2011 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Warriors were led by fourth-year head coach Greg McMackin and played their home games at Aloha Stadium. They were members of the Western Athletic Conference. They finished the season 6–7, and 3–4 in WAC play to finish in a three-way tie for fourth place. Head coach Greg McMackin resigned at the end of the season due to mounting backlash from boosters and fans. This was the Warriors last year as a member of the WAC as their football program joined the Mountain West Conference for the 2012 season. Jake Locker
Jacob Cooper Locker (born June 15, 1988) is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at the University of Washington, and was drafted by the Tennessee Titans eighth overall in the 2011 NFL Draft. A backup during his entire rookie season, after becoming the Titans' starting quarterback for the 2012 season, Locker compiled a 9–14 record with the Titans and abruptly retired after the 2014 season with the expiring of his rookie contract, following an injury-plagued, four-year career. Redshirt, in United States college athletics, is a delay or suspension of an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university.
