Keith Christensen
Keith Elmore "Pinky" Christensen (May 10, 1947 – February 17, 2023) was a college and professional football player in the United States. Christensen played at offensive tackle at the University of Kansas where he was coached first by Jack Mitchell and later by Pepper Rodgers. Christensen was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the fifth round of the 1969 NFL Draft. He was the 117th player drafted overall. He then went to the Edmonton Eskimos where he played for the 1970 and 1971 seasons. He married Jane M McConahey on August 3, 1968. Pepper Rodgers
Franklin Cullen "Pepper" Rodgers (October 8, 1931 – May 14, 2020) was an American football player and coach. As a college football player, he led the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets to an undefeated season in 1952 and later became their head coach. He also coached collegiately for the Kansas Jayhawks and UCLA Bruins before leading professional teams in Memphis, Tennessee, in the United States Football League (USFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL). Rodgers was a quarterback and placekicker for Georgia Tech. After the Yellow Jackets won the Sugar Bowl and earned a share of the national championship in 1952, they again won the bowl game the following year, when he was named the contest's most valuable player (MVP). Rodgers began coaching as an assistant for the Air Force Falcons and later the Florida Gators and UCLA. Concordia Junior-Senior High School is a Public high school, public secondary school in Concordia, Kansas, United States operated by Concordia USD 333, and serves students of grades Seventh grade, 7 to Twelfth grade, 12. It is called the "Junior-Senior" high school because the Junior High School, junior high school (grades 7–8) and High school (North America), senior high school (grades 9-12) are housed in the same building complex. Jack Churchill Mitchell (December 3, 1923 – July 5, 2009) was an American football player and coach. He served as the head football coach at the Municipal University of Wichita—now known as Wichita State University—from 1953 to 1954, the University of Arkansas from 1955 to 1957, and the University of Kansas from 1958 to 1966. compiling a career college football record of 72–61–7. Mitchell played football at the University of Oklahoma as a quarterback from 1946 to 1948. He was named an All-American in 1948.
