Keith Burns (American Football Coach)
Melvin Keith Burns (born September 26, 1960) is an American football coach. He served as head football coach at the University of Tulsa from 2000 to 2002, compiling an overall college football record of seven wins and 28 losses. Burns has also been the defensive coordinator at Pacific, USC, University of Arkansas and San Jose State. While at Arkansas in 1998, Burns was a finalist for the Broyles Award, given annually to the nation's top college football assistant coach. He was also an assistant special teams coach for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). Keith Burns (Australian Footballer)
Keith Burns (born 25 November 1939) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Collingwood in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Burns, a rover, was recruited to Collingwood from Preston. He kicked 25 goals in 1960, three of them in a match winning performance against Fitzroy in the Preliminary Final. Burns was then in the forward pocket when Collingwood were comprehensively beaten by Melbourne in the Grand Final. He joined Sandringham in 1962 and won the J. J. Liston Trophy that season. Burns however missed the Grand Final, where Sandringham beat Moorabbin by a single point. Keith Burns (linebacker)
Keith Bernard Burns (born May 16, 1972) is an American football coach and former professional linebacker and special teams player. He was formerly the Special Teams coordinator for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League. Early life and high school Burns was born in Greeleyville, South Carolina. He was raised by his mother, Tracy, in Alexandria, Virginia as the youngest of four children. He was a 1990 graduate of T. C. Williams High School in Alexandria, where he won three varsity letters in football, two in basketball, and one in baseball. College Burns lettered in football at Navarro Junior College in Corsicana, Texas where he garnered first-team JuCo All-America honors, and finished his sophomore season with six sacks, three interceptions, and 192 tackles. ''The Boys'' is a comic book series, written by Garth Ennis and co-created, designed, and illustrated by Darick Robertson. It was originally published by WildStorm (DC Comics), before being cancelled after its first volume, and revived by Dynamite Entertainment, who published the following eight volumes. Debuting in October 2006, the series concluded in November 2012 with the release of the 72nd and final issue. Trick Pony
Trick Pony was an American country music group, formed in 1999 by Heidi Newfield (lead vocals, acoustic guitar, harmonica), Keith Burns (lead guitar, vocals), and Ira Dean (bass guitar, vocals). They recorded three studio albums: ''Trick Pony'', '' On a Mission'', and ''R.I.D.E.'', released in 2001, 2002, and 2005. These albums produced eight singles on the ''Billboard'' Hot Country Songs chart, including four Top 20 hits: " Pour Me", "On a Night like This", "Just What I Do", and "On a Mission". In 2006, Newfield departed for a solo career and Aubrey Collins replaced her as lead vocalist. The group disbanded after Collins and Dean left in 2007 and 2008. Newfield released a solo debut album, ''What Am I Waiting For'', in 2008 on Curb Records, while Burns joined singer Michelle Poe to form a duo called Burns & Poe.
