Goidelic Languages
The Goidelic or Gaelic languages ( ga, teangacha Gaelacha; gd, cànanan Goidhealach; gv, çhengaghyn Gaelgagh) form one of the two groups of Insular Celtic languages, the other being the Brittonic languages. Goidelic languages historically formed a dialect continuum stretching from Ireland through the Isle of Man to Scotland. There are three modern Goidelic languages: Irish ('), Scottish Gaelic ('), and Manx ('). Manx died out as a first language in the 20th century but has since been revived to some degree. Nomenclature ''Gaelic'', by itself, is sometimes used to refer to Scottish Gaelic, especially in Scotland, and so it is ambiguous. Keith Anderson (born January 12, 1968) is an American country music artist. Before signing to a record deal, Anderson was one of several co-writers on "Beer Run (B Double E Double R-U-N)", a duet by Garth Brooks and George Jones, released in late 2001. Anderson was signed as a recording artist to Arista Nashville in 2004. His debut single "Pickin' Wildflowers" was released that year, as the lead-off track from his debut album '' Three Chord Country and American Rock & Roll''. Mina Caputo (born Keith Caputo; December 4, 1973) is an American singer best known as the lead vocalist and a founding member of New York City alternative metal band Life of Agony. Caputo came out as transgender in 2011 and transitioned to female. Early life Mina Caputo was born on December 4, 1973, in Brooklyn, New York. Both her parents were of Italian-American descent. Both of her parents struggled with heroin addiction, and when she was an infant, her mother died of a heroin overdose and her father (who died in 2002 from similar causes) put Mina under the care of her grandparents, who lived in Mill Basin, New York. Keith Braxton (born May 16, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for Belfius Mons-Hainaut of the BNXT League. He played college basketball for the Saint Francis Red Flash. Keith Beirne (born 28 March 1997) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for Mohill and at senior level for the Leitrim county team. In an away game against Derry, Beirne scored nine points in the opening round of the 2020 National Football League (a game which ended in a draw), this after Leitrim had been promoted from Division 4 back to Division 3 for the first time in 12 years. Keith Beavers
Keith Beavers (born February 9, 1983) is a backstroke and medley swimmer from Canada who represented his native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. In 2006, at the Pan Pacific Trials, he lowered his 200-metre backstroke record to 1:58.97. He was born in London, Ontario, and grew up in the town of Orangeville, Ontario, attending Mono and Amaranth Public School. He began his swimming career at the age of 6 with the Orangeville Otters Swim Club, where he swam to the age of 8. He then switched to the Dorado Stars Swim Club where he swam for a number of years. In 2008, Beavers qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing in the 200-metre backstroke and 400-metre individual medley.
