Keat Chhon
Keat Chhon ( km, គាត ឈន់; born 11 August 1934) is a Cambodian politician. He belongs to the Cambodian People's Party and was elected to represent Phnom Penh in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 2003. He was the Minister for Economy and Finance from 1994 to 2013. By 2018, he has retired from all public offices. He is one of the only political leaders to have served in the current government of Cambodia after serving under the Khmer rouge along with five other government officials: Senate President Chea Sim, Foreign Minister Hor Namhong, National Assembly President Heng Samrin and Cambodian People's Party Senators Ouk Bunchhoeun and Sim Ka. Daniel Phillip Keat (born 28 September 1987) is a former New Zealand footballer who played as a midfielder. Amateur career His hometown is Lower Hutt, where he attended Hutt International Boys' School in Upper Hutt and was named Sportsman of the Year in 2004 and 2005. He was also named the College Sport Wellington 2005 Sportsperson of the Year for his achievements in football. Larissa Keat (born 1989) is a Swiss-American actress, director and performer. Biography Larissa Keat was born in Lenzburg as the elder of two daughters with an American father and a Swiss mother. She grew up mainly in Siglistorf, a small village near the German border. Since 2013 she has lived in Hamburg where she had moved for her acting education. After graduating secondary school in 2009 at Kantonsschule Baden, she did the Arts Preparation Course at the arts school in Zurich (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste), where she started her studies in Scenography.
