Kazi Khalek
Kazi Khalek (1915–1970) was a Bangladeshi film actor. He is known for his outstanding contribution to development of the film industry in Dhaka. In 1958, he entered the film industry starring in the film ''Asiya'', directed by Fateh Lohani. The first movie released by him in Dhaka was ''Jago Hua Severa'', directed by AJ Karadar. In his acting career, he played in 28 films. His notable films include ''Tomar Amar'', ''Surja Snan'', ''Sonar Kajol'', ''Dharapat'', ''Nadi o Nari Nadi (pronounced ) is the third-largest conurbation in Fiji. Bikrampur
Bikrampur ("City of Courage") was a pargana situated south of Dhaka, the modern capital city of Bangladesh. In the present day, it is known as Munshiganj District of Bangladesh. It is a historic region in Bengal and was a part of the Bhawal Estate. History Early history Ashoka, the emperor of the Maurya Dynasty, ruled all of major parts of Bengal from ca. 269 BC to 232 BC. Ibne Mizan (7 October 1930 – 28 March 2017) was a Bangladeshi film director. He directed many films. He was known for directing folk fantasy films. His sister Mokbula Manzoor is an author. Biography Mizan was born on 7 October 1930 in Sirajganj. He was a student of Dhaka University's Bangla department. Mizan's first direction was an Urdu film titled ''Aur Gham Nehi''. Sadek Khan (21 June 1933 – 16 May 2016) was a Bangladeshi journalist, columnist and filmmaker. In 2002, he was awarded Ekushey Padak by the Government of Bangladesh. Mohammad Zahirullah (19 August 1935 – disappeared 30 January 1972), known as Zahir Raihan, was a Bangladeshi novelist, writer and filmmaker. Kalim Sharafi (8 May 1924 – 2 November 2010) was a Bangladeshi Rabindra Sangeet singer. He gave his ideas in several publications regarding politics, culture, and Tagore.
