Kajymukan Munaitpasov Stadium (, ''Qajymuqan Muńaıtpasuly'') is a multi-purpose stadium in Shymkent, Kazakhstan. It is currently used mostly for football matches. It is home of the football club FC Ordabasy who is playing in Kazakhstan Premier League, Kazakhstan's top division of football. The stadium has a capacity of 20,000 people. FC Ordabasy ( kk, Ордабасы футбол клубы) is a professional football club from Kazakhstan based at the K. Munaitpasov Stadium in Shymkent. Ordabasy was formed in 1949, following the merger of two existing Kazakhstan Premier League sides, ''FC Zhiger'' and ''FC Tomiris''. The Kazakhstan Professional Football League ( kk, Қазақстан Премьер Лигасы, ''Qazaqstan Premer Ligasy''), commonly referred to as Kazakh Premier League or simply Premier League, is the top division of football in Kazakhstan. Qajymuqan Munaitpasuly ( kz, Қажымұқан Мұңайтпасұлы, ''Qajymūqan Mūñaitpasūly''; russian: Хаджимукан Мунайтпасов, 'Khadzhimukan Munajtpasov' 7 April 1871 – 12 August 1948), also known as Hadjimukan Munaytpasov, was a Kazakh wrestler and repeated World Champion in Greco-Roman wrestling. Qajymuqan Munaytpasuly was born in 1871, in Karaotkyel village in Akmola Province, Russian Empire. He was 194 cm tall and weighed 139 kg. He fought in 54 countries, winning 48 medals. One of the most important moments in his career was in 1910, when he was awarded the gold medal in Buenos Aires and became World Champion in Gothenburg in Sweden for the first time. This was the first time in history that a Kazakh won a world championship.
