Yukihiro Kayama (加山幸浩) Born in Tokyo, 1939 Yukihiro Kayama is a prominent Japanese technologist, entrepreneur and venture capitalist. For 36 years he worked for Mitsubishi Corporation where he rose to become division head for technology. During his time there he was responsible for returning more than 200 billion yen (more than two billion US dollars) from a seed capital of less than 10M USD. This was mainly with early-stage/charter investments in companies such as Piri, VeriSign, and NetOne Systems. Kayama was also an early adopter of Sun’s Java programming language and was instrumental in getting it into the Mitsubishi Motors division. is a Japanese popular musician, singer-songwriter and actor. Life and career Son of mid-twentieth century film star Ken Uehara,and actress Yoko Kozakura, ( ja) Kayama graduated from Keio University. Yuzo Kayama signed with Toho and made his film debut with ''Otoko tai Otoko'' directed by Senkichi Taniguchi in 1960. He was cast in the leading role in the 1960 film ''Dokuritsu Gurentai Nishie'' directed by Kihachi Okamoto. Kayama rose to stardom in the 1960s in the '' Wakadaishō'' ("Young Guy") film series.
