Ahmet Kaya
Ahmet Kaya (28 October 1957 – 16 November 2000) was a Turkish–Kurdish folk singer. Kaya was persecuted by Turkish nationalist celebrities and authorities. Kaya left Turkey in an act of self-exile, and moved to France, where he would shortly after die of a heart attack. He was granted the Musician of the Year Award in February 1999 during a controversial award ceremony involving Turkey's most popular singers, at which he declared that he wanted to sing a song in Kurdish. Early life and education Ahmet Kaya was born in Malatya as the fifth child of a Kurdish father and a Turkish mother. His father worked at the local textiles factory and the family lived in only one room until in 1959, which was the year the factory began to provide better accommodation to its workers. Prince Kaya Tsunenori
, was the second head of the Kaya-no-miya collateral branch of the Japanese imperial family. A general in the Imperial Japanese Army, he was first cousin to Empress Kōjun (Nagako), the wife of Emperor Shōwa (Hirohito). Prince Kaya Kuninori
(1 September 1867 – 8 December 1909) was a member of the Japanese imperial family and the founder of one of the nine ''ōke'' (or princely houses) in the Meiji period. Early life The prince was born in Kyoto, as the second of the nine sons of Prince Kuni Asahiko (1824–1891) at the time of the Meiji Restoration. His father, a scion of the collateral imperial line of Fushimi-no-miya, was a laicized Buddhist priest who became a close advisor to the Emperor Kōmei and Emperor Meiji, His mother was the court-lady Izumitei Shizue. Kazuma Kaya
is a Japanese artistic gymnast. Kaya was part of the Japanese team that won the gold medal in the team event at the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. He also won a gold medal in the 2015 Asian Championships in Hiroshima. At the 2018 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships he wobronzewith the team to help Japan qualify to the 2020 Summer Olympics. Okinori Kaya
was the Minister of Finance of Japan between 1941 and 1944. He advocated financing the Second World War and decreasing Chinese resistance by selling opiates to the Chinese.
