Kate Woodville
Katherine Woodville (born Catherine Woodville; 12 March 19385 June 2013) was an English film and television actress. She changed her professional name to Kate Woodville in 1967 upon moving to the U.S., where she eventually became a life member of the Actors Studio. Career She was known for her appearances in ''Z-Cars'', ''The Avengers'', '' Danger Man'', '' Mission: Impossible'', '' It Takes a Thief'', ''Mannix'', ''The Rockford Files'', ''Days of Our Lives'' and ''Eight Is Enough''. In the original ''Star Trek'' series, she played Natira in the episode " For the World Is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky" (1968). She guest-starred as Nedra in Season 2 Episode 12 of '' Kung Fu'' (1974), entitled "The Gunman". "Hot Snow" is the debut episode of the 1960s cult British spy-fi television series '' The Avengers'', starring Ian Hendry and Patrick Macnee. It originally aired on ABC on 7 January 1961. Point Dume is a promontory on the coast of Malibu, California that juts out into the Pacific Ocean. The point, a long bluff, forms the northern end of the Santa Monica Bay. Point Dume Natural Area affords a vista of the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Santa Catalina Island. Zuma Beach lies to its immediate northwest. History Point Dume was named by George Vancouver in 1793 in honor of Padre Francisco Dumetz of Mission San Buenaventura. The name was misspelled on Vancouver's map as "Dume" and was never corrected. On a plat map of the Rancho Topanga Malibu Sequit finally confirmed to new owner Matthew Keller in August 1870, the point is marked on the map as "Point Zuma or Duma".
