Katarzyna Julia Sanak-Kosmowska (born 21 December 1984) is a Polish marketing and public relations theorist and researcher, assistant professor at the Marketing Department at the Kraków University of Economics. Biography She was born in 1984 as the daughter of Marek Sanak, a molecular biologist; and Iwona Sanak, a dentist. She attended the Bartłomiej Nowodworski High School in Kraków, where she passed the matriculation exam. Subsequently, she graduated with Bachelor's (2006) and Master's degree (2008) in management and marketing from the Jagiellonian University. In 2006, she studied at the IECS – The Strasbourg Graduate School of Management within the Socrates-Erasmus programme. In 2010, she graduated with Master's degree in psychology from the Jagiellonian University. A cognitive bias is a systematic pattern of deviation from norm or rationality in judgment. Individuals create their own "subjective reality" from their perception of the input. An individual's construction of reality, not the objective input, may dictate their behavior in the world.
