Kasumi, Hyōgo
was a town located in Kinosaki District, Hyōgo, Japan. As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 13,519 and a density of 98.49 persons per km2. The total area was 137.26 km2. On April 1, 2005, Kasumi, along with the towns of Mikata and Muraoka (both from Mikata District), was merged to create the town of Kami (in Mikata District), and no longer exists as an independent municipality. ''Air'' is a Japanese visual novel developed by Key, a brand of Visual Arts. It was released on September 8, 2000 for Windows as an adult game. Key later released versions of ''Air'' without the erotic content, and the game was ported to the Dreamcast, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation Vita and Nintendo Switch. The story follows the life of Yukito Kunisaki, a traveling showman searching for the "girl in the sky". Misaki Lighthouse
Misaki ( ja, 御先, "misaki") are a collective term for spirit-like existences in Japan like gods, demons and spirits, among other supernatural entities. Their name comes from a kannushi's vanguard. Summary Misaki are subordinate to the high-ranking divine spirits, and when divine spirits appear in the human realm and are said to be the small-scale divine spirits that appear as omens or to serve as their familiar spirits. Misaki can be often seen as animals. The Yatagarasu that appears in Japanese mythology is one type of misaki, and when Yatagarasu guided Emperor Jimmu during Jimmu's eastern journey, this provides one example of the characteristics of misaki. Amarube Viaduct
The is a railway bridge in the town of Kami, Mikata District, Hyōgo Prefecture, on JR West's Sanin Main Line between the stations of Yoroi and Amarube. The original steel trestle bridge opened in 1912, and was replaced with the current reinforced concrete bridge on 12 August 2010. Background Work began on the original bridge in December 1909, and it opened for service March 1, 1912. It was in length and tall, constructed at a cost of 331,535 yen. It had 11 vertical supports and 23 sections of girders and National Route 178 passed beneath it. The structure's unique design and bright color made it popular not only with rail fans but tourists as well. The closest station is Amarube Station, and the mountain behind it provides a popular point from which photographers take pictures of the bridge. Sanin Main Line
The is a railway line in western Japan, which connects Kyoto and Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi, operated by West Japan Railway Company (JR West). It is the major railway line of the San'in region, approximately paralleling the Japan Sea, crossing Kyoto, Hyōgo, Tottori, Shimane, and Yamaguchi prefectures. The main portion from Kyoto to Hatabu is the longest single continuous railway line in Japan at , although no regularly scheduled train operates over the entire line.
