''Kassbach – Ein Porträt'' is a 1979 Austrian drama film directed by Peter Patzak. Walter Kohut plays the title role. Peter Patzak (2 January 1945 – 11 March 2021) was an Austrian film director and screenwriter. He directed 60 films from 1973 to 2021. His film ''Kassbach – Ein Porträt'' was entered into the 29th Berlin International Film Festival and his film ''Wahnfried'' was screened out of competition at the 1987 Cannes Film Festival. His 1997 film ''Shanghai 1937'' was entered into the 20th Moscow International Film Festival. Hanno Pöschl (born 2 July 1949 in Vienna, Austria) is an Austrian actor. Pöschl has enjoyed a long and prolific career working with directors Maximilian Schell, Peter Patzak, Rainer Werner Fassbinder, Paulus Manker, Richard Linklater, and Götz Spielmann. He also starred in several TV-Productions, and has occasionally appeared in theatrical productions at Vienna's Burgtheater and elsewhere. For many years Pöschl was married to American dancer and choreographer Kim Duddy. He owns a café and a restaurant in Vienna. Since 1948, she had appeared in more than 75 films and TV productions. Life Goldmann was born into a family of artists. The father was a painter, whilst her mother, who was likely to become a successful concert pianist, resigned to her career in favour of her family. She had piano lessons from age 4 to 14 years. Helmut Zenker (January 11, 1949 - January 7, 2003) was an Austrian writer, songwriter and screenwriter. Life Helmut was born on January 11, 1949, in the lower Austrian city of St. Valentin. Not much is known about his early life or his parents or siblings. He studied at a teaching academy in Vienna and worked at primary and special schools in Vienna and Tyrol. He also worked as a truck driver and projectionist. In 1969, he founded Wespennest, a literary magazine, with Peter Henisch. Starting in 1973, Zenker became a freelance writer and participated in author readings, including at the left-wing festival, Volksstimmfest, located in the Prater. Helmut is the father of Tibor Zenker (7 March 1976) who, as of February 2021, is the chairman of the Party of Labor of Austria.
