Kasey Boucher
Kasey Boucher (born October 25, 1990) is a women's ice hockey player and an alumnus of the North American Hockey Academy. Currently, she competes for the Boston University Terriers women's ice hockey program. Playing career NCAA Boucher appeared in 34 games in her freshman season (2008–09) and accumulated six points (all assists). For the season, she earned a +5 rating. In four of the final seven games of the season, she logged an assist, including an assist in three consecutive games (vs. Boston College on Feb. 14, at Northeastern on Feb. 21 and vs. Northeastern on Feb.22). In the following season (2009–10), she participated in 38 games while accumulating 12 points (five goals, seven assists). Defence or defense (in American English) in ice hockey is a player position that is primarily responsible for preventing the opposing team from Goal (ice hockey), scoring. Boston University Terriers Women's Ice Hockey
The Boston University Terriers women's ice hockey represent Boston University. The Terriers play in the Hockey East conference. From 2010 to 2015, the Terriers won five Hockey East Championships and made six consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances. History 2020-2021 Hockey East announced plans in November for a modified season, due to the ongoing Covid19 pandemic. Teams will each play 18 games in a round robin format to determine the regular season champion. BU Terriers will play home and home series on weekends, with day of game travel, to allow time for testing, except when playing the Vermont Catamounts or Maine Black Bears. 2019-20 Boston University Terriers had a strong year and finished 24-8-4 overall, second in Hockey East. Boston Blades
The Worcester Blades were a professional women's ice hockey team in the Canadian Women's Hockey League, based in Worcester, Massachusetts, and played their home games at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center. The team began play in the 2010–11 CWHL season as the Boston Blades where they won the Clarkson Cup twice, in 2013 and 2015. Marie-Philip Poulin-Nadeau (born March 28, 1991) is a Canadian ice hockey forward, currently with the PWHPA and who serves as captain of the Canada women's national ice hockey team, Canadian national team.
