Karolis Skinkys
Karolis Skinkys (born 16 November 1989) is a Lithuanian football executive, who currently works as the sporting director of the Indian Super League club Kerala Blasters FC. Early life and education Karolis was born on 16 November 1989 in the Lithuvanian city Marijampolė. He completed his bachelor's as well as master's degree from the Vytautas Magnus University of Lithuania. Career FK Suduva In 2015, Karolis was appointed as the sporting director at FK Sūduva. He played an integral role in the process of team selection and internal leadership management, and during his tenure, the club rose to the top of the A Lyga in 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2019, the club also qualified for the following year's UEFA Champions League, the first time it did so in its history. Karolis left the club in 2020. Penalty Shoot-out (association Football)
A penalty shoot-out (officially kicks from the penalty mark) is a tie-breaking method in association football to determine which team is awarded victory in a match that cannot end in a draw, when the score is tied after the normal time as well as extra time (if used) have expired. In a penalty shoot-out, each team takes turns shooting at goal from the penalty mark, with the goal defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. Each team has five shots which must be taken by different kickers; the team that makes more successful kicks is declared the victor. Shoot-outs finish as soon as one team has an insurmountable lead. If scores are level after five pairs of shots, the shootout progresses into additional " sudden-death" rounds. The 2022 Indian Super League Final was the eighth Indian Super League final match, played to determine the champions of the 2021–22 Indian Super League season. Hyderabad Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Hyderabad, Telangana. The club competes in the Indian Super League, the top flight of Indian football. 2021–22 Kerala Blasters FC Season
The 2021–22 season was the eighth season in Kerala Blasters FC's existence, as well as their eighth season in Indian Super League. The 2021–22 Indian Super League season began on 19 November 2021, and it end on 20 March 2022 with all the matches held in Goa across three venues, same like the previous season due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India. The Blasters played the most number of pre-season friendlies among all ISL clubs prior to the start of league season. In this season, the Blasters made their debut in the Durand Cup by participating in the tournament's 2021 edition, but was knocked out in the group stages of the tournament. Ivan Vukomanović ( sr-Cyrl, Иван Вукомановић; born 19 June 1977) is a Serbian professional football manager and former player who is the current head coach of Indian Super League club Kerala Blasters.
