Karl-Heinz Feldkamp
Karl-Heinz Feldkamp (born 2 June 1934) is a German retired football manager and player. Feldkamp started coaching in 1968. In Germany, he coached Borussia Dortmund, 1. FC Kaiserslautern, and Eintracht Frankfurt, among others. He previously coached Galatasaray in 1992–93, and also coached another Istanbul club, Beşiktaş in 1999. During his 1992–93 tenure at the Istanbul club, Feldkamp helped Galatasaray establish a competitive squad with promising Turkish youngsters. These would-be stars included, but are not limited to: Hakan Şükür, Bülent Korkmaz, Hamza Hamzaoğlu, Tugay Kerimoğlu, and Mustafa Kocabey. While manager of Kaiserslautern he won the 1989–90 DFB-Pokal, followed by the 1990–91 Bundesliga and the 1991 DFB-Supercup. He also won the DFB-Pokal in 1985 with Bayer Uerdingen and in 1988 with Eintracht Frankfurt. While managing in Turkey he guided Galatasaray to the 1992–93 1.Lig title and the 1992–93 Turkish Cup. Essen
Essen (; Latin: ''Assindia'') is the central and, after Dortmund, second-largest city of the Ruhr, the largest urban area in Germany. Tugay Kerimoğlu
Tugay Kerimoğlu (born 24 August 1970) is a Turkish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He spent the majority of his career for Galatasaray and Blackburn Rovers; winning silverware at Rangers F.C. in-between. He was the coordinator of the Galatasaray youth academy, after a short spell working with Mark Hughes at Manchester City. He was the assistant coach to Roberto Mancini at Galatasaray during the 2013–14 season. Club career Tugay was born and raised in Istanbul. He started playing football in youth academy of Trabzonspor. His father, Ozkan, was a semi-professional footballer before becoming a bank manager and his brother, Tolgay, was also a football player. Michael Skibbe
Michael Heinz Skibbe (born 4 August 1965) is a German former football player and current manager of Japanese club Sanfrecce Hiroshima. Club career In his youth, Skibbe played for SG Wattenscheid 09, then moved to the professional team of FC Schalke 04. From 1985 to 1986, he appeared in 14 Bundesliga games, but tore his cruciate ligament three times, which ended his playing career. Managerial career 1988–2004: Early career At the age of 22, he started his career as coach with Schalke 04 youth team. In 1989, Skibbe became a youth coach for Borussia Dortmund. Skibbe became head coach of the reserve side on 1 July 1997, where he won the Oberliga Westfalen, and head coach of the senior team on 1 July 1998. Lincoln Cássio de Souza Soares (born 22 January 1979), commonly known as Lincoln, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Erik Gerets
Eric Maria Gerets (, born 18 May 1954) is a Belgian football manager and former player who played as a right back. He started his playing career as an amateur for his local team AA Rekem, before achieving success with Standard Liège and PSV. Nicknamed "The Lion (of Flanders)", Gerets was regarded as one of the top right backs in Europe at his peak and is considered one of the greatest players in Belgian football history. He is famous for having captained PSV to their first and only European Cup win in 1988. As a coach, Gerets is best known for his advocacy of systems thinking. KFC Uerdingen 05 is a German football club in the Uerdingen district of the city of Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia. The former Bundesliga side enjoyed its greatest successes in the 1980s but now plays in the fifth-level Oberliga. History The club was founded on 17 November 1905 as Fußball-Club Uerdingen 05. DFB-Pokal
The DFB-Pokal ( is a German knockout football cup competition held annually by the German Football Association (DFB). Sixty-four teams participate in the competition, including all clubs from the Bundesliga and the 2. Bundesliga. It is considered the second-most important club title in German football after the Bundesliga championship. Taking place from August until May, the winner qualifies for the DFL-Supercup and the UEFA Europa League unless the winner already qualifies for the UEFA Champions League in the Bundesliga. The competition was founded in 1935, then called the '' Tschammer-Pokal''. The first titleholders were 1. FC Nürnberg. In 1937, Schalke 04 were the first team to win the double. 1991 DFB-Supercup
The 1991 DFB-Supercup was the fifth edition of the DFB-Supercup. Uniquely, because Germany had just been reunified, the competition featured four teams instead of the usual two: The previous season's Bundesliga and DFB-Pokal winners, 1. FC Kaiserslautern and Werder Bremen, respectively, were joined by their counterparts from the East. Hansa Rostock had won both the NOFV-Oberliga and the NOFV-Pokal, so the losing cup finalists, Stahl Eisenhüttenstadt, took the fourth place in the competition. Both Western teams advanced to the final, with Kaiserslautern defeating Werder Bremen 3–1 in the final in Hanover.
