Karina Sævik (born 24 March 1996) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder or a winger for Toppserien club Avaldsnes and the Norway national team. She was selected to the team representing Norway at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup. Club career Sævik played for the club Avaldsnes IL Avaldsnes Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Avaldsnes, Karmøy, Rogaland. It was founded on 16 June 1937. Tórsvøllur
Tórsvøllur is a football stadium on the sport site of Gundadalur in Tórshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands. The stadium holds 5,000 people, and was built in 1999 to become the country's national stadium to provide an artificial grass surface on which international football matches could be played. Previously, the Faroe Islands national team played its home matches in the town of Toftir at Svangaskarð stadium. 2019 Algarve Cup
The 2019 Algarve Cup was the 26th edition of the Algarve Cup, an invitational women's football tournament held annually in Portugal. It took place from 27 February to 6 March. Norway defeated Poland 3–0 in the final to win their fifth title, and their first since the 1998 edition. Format The twelve invited teams were split into four groups to play a round-robin tournament. Points awarded in the group stage followed the standard formula of three points for a win, one point for a draw and zero points for a loss. Parchal is a town and a former Freguesia (Portugal), civil parish in the municipality (''concelho'') of Lagoa Municipality (Algarve), Lagoa, Portugal. In 2013, the parish merged into the new parish Estômbar e Parchal. The population in 2011 was 4,019, in an area of 3.86 km². It is situated in the northwest part of the Lagoa Municipality. The Frauen-Bundesliga (German for ''Women's Federal League''), currently known as the FLYERALARM Frauen-Bundesliga for sponsorship reasons, is the top level of league competition for women's association football in Germany. In 1990 the German Football Association (DFB) created the German Women's Bundesliga, based on the model of the men's Bundesliga. It was first played with north and south divisions, but in 1997 the groups were merged to form a uniform league. The 2019–20 Division 1 Féminine season, also known as D1 Arkema for sponsorship reasons, was the 46th edition of Division 1 Féminine since its establishment in 1974. The season began on 24 August 2019 and was scheduled to end on 30 May 2020. Lyon were the defending champions, having won the title for last thirteen consecutive seasons. This was the first ever season with a title sponsor for the league, after FFF announced a three-year deal with French chemicals firm Arkema. After 16 match days, the season was abandoned due to the COVID-19 pandemic in France.
